At BravaxHost, we want our customers to feel confident using our services. This policy explains our 14-day money-back guarantee and the conditions that apply.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Eligible Services)

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the following services:

• Shared Hosting plans
• Reseller Hosting plans

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

• Domain name registrations
• Domain renewals or transfers
• SSL certificates
• Setup fees
• Add-ons and third-party services
• Cryptocurrency payments (once confirmed)

⚠️ Domains cannot be refunded once registered, as domain registries do not allow reversals.

3. Refund Eligibility Conditions

A refund will only be approved if:

• The request is submitted within 14 days of purchase
• The service has not been abused or misused
• There is no violation of our Terms of Service
• The account has not been suspended or terminated for policy breaches

Accounts involved in spam, phishing, fraud, or illegal activities are not eligible for refunds.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Or email sales@bravaxhost.com

Please include:

• Your account email
• Service name
• Reason for the refund request

5. Refund Processing & Payment Method

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• Payment gateway or transaction fees may be deducted

6. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel services at any time through the client area. Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund outside the 14-day window.

7. Right to Refuse Refunds

BravaxHost reserves the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the service was abused, used in bad faith, or violated our policies.
