You agree not to use our services for:

• Fraud, phishing, or scams
• Hosting malicious software or malware
• Spamming or bulk unsolicited emails
• Content that violates intellectual property rights

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination without refund.

4. Payments & Billing

• All services are prepaid unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Failure to renew may lead to service suspension or data loss

5. Refund Policy

Bravax Host offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible hosting plans.

Refunds do not apply to:

• Domain registrations or renewals
• Setup fees
• Services already abused or in violation of these terms

6. Uptime & Support

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

7. Data & Backups

While we may provide backup solutions, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Bravax Host is not liable for data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• These terms are violated
• Payments are not made
• The service is abused or misused

9. Limitation of Liability

Bravax Host shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
